This Vacuum Graphite Furnace is periodic working and adopts graphite tubes as heating elements. The furnace chamber is made entirely from high-purity graphite, it has low density, reduced weight, and modest thermal capacity. It creates the ideal black body conditions inside the heating chamber for obtaining high uniformity. Graphite’s excellent thermo-mechanical properties allow rapid heating and cooling to reduce overall process cycles.
The working chamber is round and vertical, mainly used for sintering metal material, non-metal material in a vacuum or protective atmosphere environment can also be used for sintering and purification of optical material.
This Graphite Vacuum Furnace can operate with protective gases such as Nitrogen/Argon, but cannot operate in an Oxygen atmosphere because of the Graphite insulation.
